Conch Shell International Film Festival 2021 Winners

Cedric Hill’s ‘Noisy’ takes home the top Jury Awards, and Clinton Roache’s ‘Sweet Rind’ nabs the Audience Choice Award .

In Noisy, a black and white silent short film about a friendship sparked on a New York City subway ride home wins Best Film and Best Screenwriter for Dominican Cedric Hill.

Sweet Rind, a vigilante short out of Jamaica takes home the Audience Choice Award, and Best Lead Performer for Jamaican actor Sherando Ferril.

Wally Fall’s Fouyé Zétwal (Plowing The Starts) is awarded Best Cinematography, you can watch the full film, a love letter to Guadeloupe, on CInemawon.

Trinidad’s Ryan Latchmansingh takes home Best Director for his short Where the Sun Sets.
