Kristopher Streek on capturing culture and diving into the world of video
You may see his corporate work without knowing it, but Kristopher Streek is a powerhouse in the photography and videography spaces in the Caribbean. He frames a moment with the precision of a scientist and the intensity of an adventurer. We chat with the Barbados-based visual creator about how he got into directing video, pondering starting a YouTube channel, and the moment that was capturing Rihanna during 2019 Crop Over.
Streek talks about the collaborative nature of his journey and shouts out some of the greats who inspire him – then and now.
